When we try something new, especially when its ethnic origins are far from our own, we sometimes don't get the clear picture. My recipes are already very meticulous in detail and explanation. Regardless of this, however, if you have any questions which you feel would best be answered in person, need explanations, consultation, or just someone to hold your hand through the Thai food experiment you are about to begin: rent me.
